Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Stock Biz Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality educational products and services. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. Digital Products – No Refund Policy
All purchases of digital products, including but not limited to:
- 📚 E-Books & PDF Books
- 🎓 Online Courses
- 📈 Premium Memberships
- 📱 App Subscriptions
- 📂 Downloadable Resources
- 🎥 Recorded Sessions & Webinars
are FINAL, NON-CANCELLABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Since digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, no refund, exchange or cancellation request will be accepted once payment has been completed and access has been provided.
2. Physical Books
Physical books are generally non-refundable.
Replacement will only be provided in the following cases:
- Damaged Book Received
- Defective Printing
- Wrong Book Delivered
Any replacement request must be made within 7 days of delivery along with photographs or proof of damage.
3. Courses & Educational Services
Enrollment fees for courses, workshops, webinars, educational programs and memberships are strictly non-refundable.
Failure to attend, incomplete usage or dissatisfaction due to personal expectations does not qualify for a refund.
4. App Subscriptions & Premium Services
Payments made for premium services, subscriptions, research products or app features are non-refundable unless otherwise specifically mentioned.
5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
Any attempt to initiate an unjustified chargeback, payment dispute or fraudulent refund claim after receiving access to digital products or services may result in:
- Immediate termination of access.
- Permanent suspension from our services.
- Legal action, where applicable.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional situations where:
- Duplicate payment has been made.
- Technical issues prevented product delivery and the issue could not be resolved.
Any such refund request shall be subject to verification and the sole discretion of Stock Biz Hub.
