अब सबसे बड़ा सवाल यही है कि NSE IPO में किसे allotment मिलेगा?
इसका exact answer अभी final नहीं है, क्योंकि basis of allotment 22 September 2026 को finalise होना है। लेकिन retail subscription और available shares के आधार पर allotment की प्रक्रिया को समझा जा सकता है।
NSE IPO में retail investors के लिए लगभग 4.41 करोड़ shares reserved थे। Retail category में करीब 1.35x subscription आने का मतलब है कि retail demand reserved shares से अधिक रही।
इसलिए retail applicants में allotment के लिए allocation process लागू होगा। केवल यह देखना कि IPO 5.69x subscribed हुआ है, retail investor के individual allotment को समझने के लिए पर्याप्त नहीं है।
NSE IPO 1 Lot में कितने Shares हैं और कितना पैसा लगा?
NSE IPO का minimum bid lot 8 shares है। Upper price band ₹1,785 पर एक lot की application value इस प्रकार है:
यानी retail investor को minimum one lot के लिए ₹14,280 की application value पर bid करनी थी।
Retail category के लिए maximum application amount सामान्य retail limit के अनुसार ₹2 लाख तक था। Multiple lots apply करने वाले investors का final allotment applicable basis of allotment पर निर्भर करेगा।
NSE IPO Allotment का गणित क्या कहता है?
Retail category में लगभग 4.41 करोड़ shares reserved हैं। 8 shares के minimum lot size के आधार पर reserved shares को minimum lots में बदलें तो लगभग 55.13 लाख lot-equivalent shares बनते हैं।
अगर retail category में प्राप्त कुल bids को minimum 8-share lot के आधार पर केवल एक mathematical comparison के रूप में देखें, तो reserved capacity और demand के बीच एक indicative ratio निकाला जा सकता है।
लेकिन यहां एक महत्वपूर्ण बात समझना जरूरी है — यह official allotment probability नहीं है।

NSE IPO के GMP यानी Grey Market Premium में IPO खुलने के बाद लगातार बदलाव देखने को मिला। 21 September 2026 को एक reported update में GMP ₹61 तक दर्ज किया गया था।
₹1,785 के upper price band पर अगर ₹61 GMP जोड़ा जाए तो indicative grey-market price:
